This place is the biggest scam in Niagara Falls. I brought my phone in simply for them to change the charging port. I received a phone call the next day saying, "If they were to change the port on that phone specifically, there's a risk of the screen bugging out, causing a line to shoot through the middle of the screen.". So I respectfully said, Don't worry about it then, and I will pick it up the next day. I go and pick it up, and exactly what they said was a risk happened to my phone magically. So they tried to replace the port, messed up the screen, and tried to say it happens all the time to iPhone 12s. This business runs with no respect, honor, or integrity, as they have not taken responsibility. Please do yourself a favour and do not waste your time and money at this store, as this is a completely honest review.

I was in the store two weeks ago, as my phone got some water in it and wouldn't fully turn on. It turned out the charger port need replacing. The gentleman completed the repair in a timely manner and my phone is back up and running, good as new. I'm very satisfied with the level of service, so I would recommend them for any phone repairs.

Walked in and was given a detailed cost breakdown without any pushy sales techniques. Fixed on the spot. It was a clean store which was comfortable to wait in for the screen repair. Id like to say Ill be back, but Im hoping not to.

I went in with the expectation to replace my charging port on my I phone 12 and the guy was honest and straight forward when I got back it was only dirt and debris in my port so he cleaned it up made sure it worked and charged me very fairly I would give him 6 stars if I could

Do not use. They don't warrant their work. Brought an iPhone in for a camera repair. They fixed the camera but managed to make the left side of the screen nonfunctional. I let them know the issue and they blamed everyone but themselves and told me id have to pay full price for the repair.
