My friend and I went shopping Friday night to look for a specific top for my friend’s bridal shower. We found one, but could not find the right size. I will tell you, the AMAZING customer service the manager provided, was impeccable. I have never received such great customer service. She was running around the whole store searching for a similar shirt for us, giving us information to NOT order online because it won’t come in time due to the postal strike. We found a shirt and she offered to hold it for us. She was absolutely incredible and made us feel very valued as customers. I have not received service like that in for ever. Thank you so much 🥰

I recently came into your Lundy’s Lane location looking for an outfit for a Christmas party I had to attend to. As I was trying on clothes and was unsure of the looks I was putting together one of your associates Tyanna complimented what I had tried on and gave me a big boost of confidence of the outfit I should wear for this party. Tyanna was friendly, personable and SUPER HELPFUL immediately grabbing me sizes and other options on how to style the finished look. I had way more in my cart that I had planned on purchasing and was super happy with everything I was about to buy.

Thank you so much Tyanna for your help! I will 1000% be back to this location solely on my hopes that you will be there to help me with some more outfits. You were amazing!

I live in Niagara and frequently visit Urban planet on lundys lane.
Liliana, Nancy, Tyanna, Julianna, Alexa and Alysha are to be commended for their excellence in giving attentive and kind customer service. Liliana always, as do the others go out of their way to assist me during my shopping escapades. I feel valued as a customer everytime I visit!

Really nice looking clothes, but all the sizes listed are usually just one or two sizes smaller in reality, like I just got a nice pair of LARGE pants but they fit like a medium or small. Makes you feel obese
