Worst experience ever, very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional cashier, it’s just one cashier who should never be close to any work place involving kids . Very very disappointed. I definitely need a conversation with head office .

Absolutely the most terrible experience I've ever had shopping . Employee Kaitlyn had a full on fight with me in front of my kids and nieces. Told me she was going to knock me out. This was all because a sign stated shorts were buy one get one 1$ and I asked her to honor it and she completely lost her mind on me. I will be taking this to head office . Ive never in my life experienced such terrible customer service before. When telling a friend they immediately asked if it was Kaitlyn as they have also had multiple terrible experiences with her. Two weeks ago I came into the store and witnessed her snapping out on a customer for using a teaching pole. Absolutely disgusting this women should not be working in customer service.... Also, we have this all on video so we have proof of the way she treated me today .

I will however state that the other lady working was amazing . Treated us with respect while listening to the commotion from Kaitlyn . I could tell the other employee was very uncomfortable with the way kaitlyn was treating us.

I completely love the Niagara falls location... all the staff are always so pleasant... and i can always find what i need for my daughter... my daughter totally loves the manager... been shopping here for 2 years... tried the Penn location once and had a horrible experience... Niagara falls is a way better experience everytime... my daughter and I will be sad when she's in adult sizes which is coming soon.. I will always recommend this location to my friends... ❤️

The employee made a remark about my appearance in a indirect way while I was checking out. When I was exiting the store, all three women at the cash counter started laughing out loud. We were in the store for about 20 minutes and not even once they asked us if we needed any help.

Shift change was coming and the person from the morning was briefing the next employee. Telling her to tell people there are no additional sizes for family pjs as they don't have time to search the back. And then told her to get ready as "no one who shops here is nice". I promptly advised they clearly don't want my business and left.

Bought 7 perfume in March 13, 2016. Then I bought 5 more perfume again after 10 minutes later. The other cashier tried to tell me to get some discount. I told her I bought the other perfume just now and no discount. Can you check my previous receipt? She said she made mistake. This is the price. Since we booked the hotel in Niagara Fall, we went there again in March 14 again. We bought 9 more perfume again. Buy one get the other one half price. We went home and found out price difference. I called and sales associate Fiona knew. She told me to bring back the receipts only for price difference and bought the items there. I got there March 15 again, The lady refused to do it. Even though she said she is store manager. She won't do it. If I have all perfume on hand, she will refund it and do it. Since she knew we came from Toronto, she gave us hard time. She told me to go the other urban planet to get the price difference. Won't buy it again.
