Nathan at the Mobile shop is AMAZING!!! I've had an absolutely terrible experience with Rogers over the last 15 years and was paying through the nose $165/month. Nathan switched me over to Virgin Mobile, got me a new phone with better specs, found extra discounts to apply for my whole 24 month contract, gave me extra points and accessories, and saved me almost $100 PER MONTH. He was beyond helpful, kind, friendly, and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and the mobile shop, it was such a positive mobile shopping experience and he's just a really great human. BUT AVOID ROGERS AT ALL COSTS.

We went to there for Black Friday offer and the workers name is Jessica she looked us. We asked Roger’s offers when we move from fido and she told us $45 for 75 gb and we accept and we got iPhone 16 with 200000 pc optimum points. Our total bill will be become $73 than I had promblem with my switch and she gave me temporary number to use. Later they fix my number problem and 2 days later we got our bill.i saw my bill $55 and I got extra charged for temporary number service. But one thing in our bill Jessica told us if you are automatic payment you will get discounts and we said ok. But when I checked my bill it showed $55 and auto payments-10. But she gave us wrong information and she didn’t help us the her mistakes . I hope her menager help me for solutions my problem because that’s why I accepted automatic payment. She told us you have discounts on the $45 but later she refused and I asked them check your video record. I am so sad and she doesn’t know her job and she is not good. Mobilist Nathan is the best! We got amazing deals for our iPhones. We drove 2 hours to location for him. He cares a great deal about his customers and explains everything in a way that we could easily understand. I’m bringing all my friends and family to him to upgrade phones. Also props to their Manager, Rajesh for being so helpful and accommodating.
