I’m a long haired gal and hadn’t gotten a professional haircut in over 6 years. I am just visiting PG and I decided on a whim to get a haircut to freshen up. The London was able to fit me in on short notice and I feel pretty confident that I sniffed out the best salon in PG. I saw Cassandra and she was just lovely. I had a very nice double shampoo hair wash with a relaxing scalp massage during conditioner. She trimmed the the perfect amount, beautiful long layers, and finished with a gorgeous blowout. The Oribe products she used are great and smell amazing. The salon itself is very nice, bright and clean, with a lovely atmosphere and friendly people. Overall I had a very (much needed!) relaxing experience and my hair looks, feels and smells so good. Thanks Cassandra and The London!

I tried the London as I was looking for a salon to give my hair an update. The prices were extremely reasonable, booking was a breeze with friendly reception, and the salon itself had a great and welcoming atmosphere.

My stylist Cassandra, a gem of a person, was friendly, understood exactly what I wanted, and went out of her way to ensure I was happy and comfortable.

I have curly hair and wanted a cut and colour which can be hit and miss, but she was able to match my inspo pics and enhance my curl pattern. She was willing to offer ideas, but also was a great listener through the whole process. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience with Cassandra today! She is such a warm and friendly person, I felt so welcome for my first appointment. The salon is super clean and beautiful with relaxing vibes. I absolutely love my hair. I have been searching for a stylist who has a modern technique and is able to achieve the lived in blonde look, while maintaining my hair health. My experience with this wonderful salon started with Tammy booking my appointment by phone. I found her friendly enthusiasm for her job a refreshing change after speaking to other salons in downtown Prince George.
As soon as I walked in the door it became a sensory, sensual experience. Bright, airy, spacious, clean, with a beautiful fragrance in the air.
Raza gave me head full of foils and a cut/styling. The color is everything I wanted - rich and warm, not brassy, and I have never had anyone take so much care with every foil. it shows in the end result. Coloring hair costs money, so it meant a lot to me that he took a full hour just to do the foils and I ended up with lots of color for the cost. They use Goldwell products too - the sign of a quality salon.
Best salon I have been too in my life to be honest - outdoes the best salons in Vancouver.

I have used a lot of different low end and high end products on my hair over the years from all over the world. My hair is “my thing”! I have thick long coloured hair past my shoulders. However I have never had a consistent salon like feel to my hair at home from any products until now with Oribe!! OMG my hair is silky soft and so shiny every day!! It’s like I’m walking out of the salon every morning. I never make reviews but I am making an exception for this unbelievable line of hair products, oh and the perfume is unbelievable to. It’s totally worth the investment in the product. I’ve never had to use so little product to get the desired effects. Don’t wait to try this line. You won’t regret it.

I highly recommend The London.
The experience is like a small vacation. With the décor and customer service, it is a total self pampering indulging experience.
I also love their hair and beauty products they have available, top of the line. I just recently purchased their spray on Tan, and I absolutely love this product. It's super easy and looks awesome. Perks me up on those winter days when I desire to have a tan. I look forward to my next little stay vacation at The London.
