Googled a jeweler looking for a place for my fiance and I to purchase a nice chain and we found this place. I'm so glad we did as we had just such a great experience. I didn't know what I wanted but Keevo ( sorry if I spelled incorrectly! ) was very helpful and explained what necklaces would work best for me. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I brought my 18k men's diamond ring in to be re-worked into an engagement ring. He reset my stones into a setting that he purchased from his supplier. I was told my gold (totalling 9 grams 18k) would be used for the new ring. The setting i received was 2.3 grams of 14k. This guy is a crook. AVOID

Kevo is amazing! He worked with us on designing our wedding rings and bands. I've gone back multiple times for yearly cleanings and him and his staff have always been so kind and so helpful.

(December 2021/January 2022) I dropped off my 18K gold necklace for repair on Dec 14th. I was told it will be done in a week but it took them 6 weeks (minus 1 week for Christmas holiday) to do the 'repair'. I was calling numerous times to check when I could pick it up but most of the time no one was picking up the phone. When I was lucky to finally find someone (probably the owner) he was looking around to find the necklace. He said - ok I will do it for tomorrow - like he is doing me a favour after 6 weeks of waiting. I got there to pick it up, and I was in shock to see my necklace ruined - like someone said in reviews - it looks like a 4 y/o kid was doing repair! And the other link that also needed repair was not even touched! The lady at the counter said - well...we can fix it - leave it with us! Yea sure - it might take 6 more weeks and who knows what I could expect then. The most shocking thing was that she wanted me to pay for that 'repair' since he (the owner) put the work into it!! Are you kidding me? I could do a better job. What kind of customer service is that? Not professional, not honest, sloppy work - don't leave your jewelry with them. You will be sorry.
(And neither of them wear masks either. When  I pointed that out she said: Those measures were lifted everywhere, and they want us here in NF to still wear them.)

Went to Kevo with a loose diamond in hopes that he could put it in a setting for an engagement ring. He was extremely personable and easy to work with. He listened to my ideas and enlightened me with his knowledge. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with the finished ring and the experience! Go talk with him!
