Best Telus store kingsway Edmonton city. Customer services is great. Specially agent Venessa she is the best of the best. great customer she went beyond everything to help me and my wife with my phones issues. Will definitely go back there . The manager Aidan is beyond useless. Spent three hours on the phone with the support line because when my home services was activated it was activated under someone else’s account. Was told on the phone by a manager that I needed to go in store to get the problem corrected as I had to present valid ID. Aidan told me there was nothing he could do about it and that it wasn’t even possible to make that kind of mistake and didn’t do any further digging. Went to another location afterwards and was able to immediately get the problem resolved

I had an amazing time in store today with the help of Sid P. I had left Rodger’s due to the horrible customer service and was met with the absolute opposite at Telus with Sid. He worked fast to get us the best deals. Highly recommend!

Where to begin with Moe. Absolutely amazing. Left bell because of him. I've followed him around for years and really hope he never leaves the telecommunications world because there's not a single person who's as educated, honesty, and friendly as Moe. For years he's gained my trust and now I trust him to set me up while I know I'm in good hands. If you're interested in a new phone, go see Moe, he will take care of you! Unfortunately Telus previously lost my buisness due to a Rep at this same location, but the sole reason I went back was because Moe is there. Telus really needs to know his value.
