Exception experience and world class suit!

I chose Sydneys for my wedding tuxedo following the recommendations of a few friends. I have a build that is challenging and requires expert tailoring, so I've been getting custom suits for years. During my first consultation with the team at Sydney's it was evident that they were experts, professionals, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Given the challenges my physique presents, Sydney had committed himself to my suit, which was when I knew I was in the right spot. Sydney is surrounded by a fantastic team who incredible to work with over the few months process. I really enjoyed my time spent there, they were very accommodating and pleasant to work with, thorough in their process, and provided great recommendations as well.

My tuxedo came out perfect, truly the best that's ever been made for me to date. Also worth noting that I fully decked out in Sydneys, including their in-house Whole Cut Italian Leather shoes (couldn't believe how comofortable these were), Bowtie, Dress shirt, cufflinks, button studs, etc. It was nice to have it all in one spot, and feel truly taken care of.

Great suits, and great service! I purchased my wedding suit here. I really enjoyed the low-pressure atmosphere and all of the staff seemed genuinely interested in spending the time to find something that worked for me. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a suit that will last.

I purchased a pair of dress shoes and a tie to go along with my wedding suit I already purchased elsewhere. Lawrence helped me out today and he was accommodating and friendly. He displayed a lot of options and always had a smile on his face, making me feel not pressured when asking for different color or selection.

He also gave great color recommendations which was quite helpful. In the future, I will likely return to this shop to purchase more items.

If there was a time to give 6 - stars this would definitely be it for me. When it came to selecting a tailor for my custom wedding suit I was very particular. I went to multiple store throughout Toronto small and large and selecting Sydney’s was a no brainer. From the impeccable customer service to impressive attention to detail, this place is truly special. I had a very specific image in my mind for what I wanted for my wedding suite and not only did Sydney and his team bring it to life but they surpassed my wildest expectations. Communication and organization was top notch and they were extremely flexible working with my schedule.

I had a few custom shirts made here a few years back, which Sydney and Devora helped me with. Those shirts turned out great and the process was very enjoyable so I returned this year for a bespoke tux for my wedding.

The whole process was very smooth and I felt that I was in capable hands the entire time. Devora, Sydney, Lawrence, and the rest of the staff were phenomenal. Their expertise was evident at each point in the process and they were very professional yet laid back and friendly. They guided me in crafting the perfect ensemble for my wedding day. Providing recommendations for pieces that could be found in store and elsewhere while not pushing me towards either. In the end the tux looked fantastic and the fit was perfect and natural. I’m very happy with how everything turned out.

I am getting married in just over a month, and went to Sydney's with a pretty ridiculous ask about a month ago. I wanted a custom tailored suit similar to a 90's Armani oversized suit (that isn't really done anymore as far as off the rack goes). I waltzed into Sydney's without making an appointment or even calling beforehand, and everyone working there was so attentive and thoughtful in helping me decide between materials and patterns.

Bear in mind I had left the task of getting my suit pretty much to the last minute that was possible due to the timeframe constraints of the manufacturing facilities. The lovely folks working there informed me that it would need to be sent out as a rush job (totally fine considering the circumstances). They gave me a fitting appointment an hour later, and when I returned Sydney was incredible. We chatted about what I wanted and he totally understood what I was going for. We talked about styling and he made sure to clarify what every choice I was making would end up looking like as the fit I wanted is a little eccentric.

I just went for the last fitting yesterday and the suit came out EXACTLY as I wanted it. I'm absolutely thrilled with the result. I will certainly be sending some pictures of my wedding to the staff with an enormous thank-you.

I really appreciated their ability to accommodate me at such short notice, and to follow it up with excellent customer service, support and beautiful final product. They told me that making the suit in this way was a lot of fun because they were able to get creative in new ways. I love when the folks helping me out, have a good time helping me out. Everyone was psyched about the process and final product. I will definitely return to Sydney's for any kind of bespoke tailoring needs in the future. 100/10 experience.
