I took in a very big bag of clean clothes, tags still on, folded neatly & again clean! Just to be told there was a “ funky smell” the whole place smells disgusting & I’ve seen clothes on the racks with staining?
I’m sure the staff just didn’t want to look through my items just because of how large the bag was.
Which is lazy & ignorant.
Do not waste your time here! For you consignment is a better, cleaner & the staff there are not bitter or rude!

I used to like this place more but I'm kind of losing my enthusiasm with it. The checkout system is really confusing. They just have this massive line of registers and cashiers but it's confusing because they're all doing different things and nobody knows which one to go to or who's available. I walked to the front near the door and was told to go to the back... Doesn't make sense. When I walked in I got a "how are you doing?" Then the lady immediately looked away and did something else and ignored me and didn't care about a response. I get they're doing that all day with everybody coming in and it's probably a headache for them but... It's about the vibe, the better the vibe, the more likely I am to stay and buy their clothes which pays their wage. There's also a guy there, he's really rude. He's cold. He ignores people, doesn't make eye contact, and isn't friendly when he talks to customers. He just comes off as a really big jerk who thinks he's too good for everybody else. Also, I'm noticing more and more Walmart brand clothing here, which is already cheap to begin with. It's cheap because it's low quality and doesn't look good on anybody. Wrangler, Lee, it's an insult to people who want to wear what makes them feel good and look good. Most of the pants I looked at today weren't even name brands. Also, Costco, Kirkland brand. Come on guys, don't put out low quality stuff if you're running low on good quality stuff.

I brought it both adult male and female clothes, a lot of which still had tags on them. They were offering $4 on brand new under armour shorts WITH the tags on them. I saw they were offering $3 on a pair of Lulu Lemon leggings but were going to list them for $44.99 (the cashier showed me the sticker price). Don't waste your time.

I love the place. They have all different types of clothes and some of them are very cute and cheap. I also brought a lot of clothes there to sell, and it's satisfied when you saw your clothes on sale.

So much stuff to look through and good quality. Can find items with the tags still on them. Such good prices. The racks can be a little too full though. Makes it hard to look through them.

Drove 40 mins all the way across town to get there got there around 730 and the 2 girls working were extremely rude to me basically told me to leave and told me they can’t take my bag because they already have too many bags to sort through and they close at 9and I’ll have to come back another day. I asked if they can keep it over night and I can come back in the morning because I just drove really far to get here before they closed, and they said no. If your open till 9 you should at least take bags till 730 like are the employees that lazy? Very disappointing not happy with the customer service

I was disappointed in this visit. I was told of the potential of this store and that it was a 'high end' consignment store.

It was not, it was a regular used clothing store that had to pick through clothes from Walmart and other cheap brands a like.

Lots of clothing in the store and parking, store was not for me.

Brought in a full bin of jeans, crop tops, sweaters, bathing suits, shoes, and jewelry. Waited over an hour to be sorted and tried to keep track of where they were at on the mobile check in. By an hour and 10 minutes later the check in still said my information was being processed and that they haven’t even gotten to sorting my items. Then I received a text saying my items were ready. I went in and out of all my stuff they wanted all the shoes (2 pairs of heels/1 pair of sandals/ 1 pair of limited edition nike air max lightly used), a pair of shorts, all the jewelry I brought in (3 necklaces + 4 rings), a brand new Calvin Klein bra (tag still on for $50), and a tshirt. They wanted all of that and offered me $30!!!!! I was so blown away I took a moment to process the fact that I was being scammed and just told the clerk that I would pass and take all my items back. She gave me a weird look making me feel like the crazy one for not wanting to be ripped off. They also said that some of my stuff was out of style …… I have no idea how jeans and items from garage and guess can be out of style but to each their own. I won’t being going back as I wasted my time. Don’t bother going, just sell your stuff online and you will get a way better price then what this place is offering.
