We have recently relocated to Niagara Region so finding the right companies and contractors have been a challenge. After calling a few, we must say that One Stop Fireplace was the best choice I have made for this job. We are very impressed and pleased with the tech Dave, a beautiful soul. Some tech would come in and get their work done but Dave first took some time to enlighten and reassure us on all our concerns. We are extremely happy with the end result. A wonderful and beautiful experience today and hopefully a lifetime client-service relationship.

Our fireplace is old and would not start. We called One Stop and the technetium they sent was great. Cleaned and repaired our fireplace and works like a charm. Very easy to book an appointment also and would recommend highly.

Generally good store with okay prices, but service and parts? I wouldn’t rely on it. I had a bit of a story with a wood-burning stove I bought in 2021. It took 3 years to resolve. Stove had been dropped in transport and rear heat shield was bent (technically not safety compliant anymore). 1Stop gave me the option: 1.) take stove, wait for part and I install, or 2.) they get the part, install it and then I get the stove. Back then, big shipping issues (covid) obviously made things challenging. I checked in periodically to see if the part had finally arrived (it was said to have been on a ship for a long time). After about 3 years of checking in about every 6 months, my service case wasn’t even on file anymore. So I went up the food chain. Reached out to manufacturer in Europe who got right on it, then I checked with distributor in Canada, who also hauled butt and referred me back to 1Stop. In the end, part was shipped and received in a matter of weeks. (The screws ended up being the wrong length and I needed to source them locally. I told 1Stop about it, but they chose to ignore me. I was out of pocket and quite a bit of time for it. Should I have been?) Why did I have to wait 3 years for it? Had I gone with option 1, how long would I have waited for the stove? Why was I able to resolve it quickly and they didn’t? Summary: purchasing items: okay prices, but service and parts: no thank you.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home and were in need of a replacement for an old wood stove that was not up to code. We wanted a wood insert for several different reasons and came across the One Stop Fireplace Shop in Niagara Falls.

After walking into the gigantic store (they literally sell EVERYTHING related to fireplaces, grills, stoves, Barbecues and all of the related accessories) I was greeted by Ian and began browsing all of the options they had on their showroom floor. Ian patiently walked me through all of the different brands and options available and then explained the various price options (all were quite reasonable when compared to other stores in the Region).

I left the store under no pressure to buy and was impressed by the combination of knowledge and friendliness of the staff onsite. I returned the next week with my wife and Ian (once again) patiently walked our family through the various options and prices available. After agreeing upon a unit, price and installation date, the following steps were just as easy and smooth as the first interaction.

Ian is a first class salesman, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and focused on learning the customer's needs and then tailoring the options available to exceed expectations. The entire process (sale, installation, payment and follow up) was all professional, my family couldn't have asked for a better experience and/or fireplace.

One Stop Fireplace Shop definitely lives up to it's name as they have all the products you'll need and provides customer service second to none.
