Would highly recommend going elsewhere if you want good customer service. The pieces are beautiful, but the attitude from the two younger women working is horrific. They made numerous mistakes that cost me more money and were highly combative. Horrible experience. Used to love it here but the new hires sass makes it uncomfortable to shop there now.

I have purchased multiple items here and had repairs done. Always had good service. Selection is the best in town!
Prices are reasonable, I feel, compare to buying brand new. And they stand behind their sold product and fixed them free of charge for me, if anything broke. This is my go to place for jewelry in town.
Running a business is expensive in Victoria and the costs are pretty steep for rents and vages.
There are quite a few people working in there. Those who complain about prices don't understand what it takes to run a small business in town.

Staff was efficient and courteous but not the best place to cash in old silver Jewelry--offered only 81% of the current silver price even though I brought in worn pure silver coins. If you want the best price for silver use KMG in Winnipeg. It may take a bit of time but you will get the best price.

Although I didn’t make a purchase on my first visit, they were generous enough to test the gold I had taken in to verify its authenticity. I was very pleased by how they welcomed me and helped me out. I will certainly be going back and recommend the jewellery store to my friends.

Outstanding service, and a wide selection of rings, necklaces, great prices. Busier as of late, but still one-on-one service is spot on. Head count limitations in place as of Oct. 2020, though, never had to wait.

I went in to have a gold ducat looked at and the gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond testing it for me and giving me some valuable information about the coin. Offered to pay for his time and he politely declined. This is my go to store for bullion and coins.

Best jewelry store in town, very honest and ethical dealing.. it’s a far better option than a pawn shop if you’re looking to sell or trade any gold.
