After 4 months of back and forth, still no resolution. Here is my reply to the owner's response:

"Hi Youness,
I don't understand how you think that settling for a 50% reimbursement, when the job was done poorly 2 TIMES, is acceptable? Saying that you offered me to return for a 3rd trial was not a viable option after I'd already tried that 2 times. Besides, you yourself agreed that the technician did a poor job and that he no longer works for your business.
In any case, in your reply you did forget to mention that the $80 reimbursement you offered me was in exchange for taking down my review.

Hello everyone!
I don't usually leave reviews but this one is a must. Customers beware!

I was waiting on posting this to see if the business would reach out to discuss my experience and re-imburse me, so that I could have left this on a good note. But so far, it's Dec. 10/2024, and I am yet to hear back from Youness, the business owner.

Anyway, below is my experience with Niagara Motorsports and Youness.

On Oct.1/2024, I first contacted this business by phone to book an appointment to have the tint on the back window of my Honda Civic removed and re-installed. Although I have never heard of a mechanic shop asking for a deposit to book an appointment, I agreed to etransfer the amount of $40 to hold my spot as I was eager to get the job done. Appointment was then set for Oct.7/2024.

When the day arrived, Youness contacted me via text to let me know that the technician lined up for my vehicle had an emergency. Thus, my appointment was obviously canceled -which is fine because things happen.

The next few days I kept in touch to check on the status of my appointment. I was eventually rescheduled for Oct.15/2024.

When Oct.15/2024 came and the service on my car was completed, I paid the balance of $120. In the meantime, I was advised to allow 2 weeks for the tint to cure and to not use the defogger.

At first glance I was not able to inspect my car because it was raining heavily. When I got a chance to inspect the job, I noticed some bubbles but when I reported them to Youness he reassured me that it was because the tint had not cured yet, to just wait a little longer. After the full 2 weeks or so had passed, it was obvious that these bubbles were not going anywhere. The job had been done poorly and the tint was unsuccessful. There were quite a few bubbles throughout the back window where the tint had not adhered to. After contacting the business again and providing pictures as proof, Youness resolved to rebooking me a second appointment to re-do the tint, although I communicated that I preferred a refund.

On Nov.13/2024, I returned to the shop for our second trial in the hope of having this problem rectified. When the technician was done, he assured me that l was not going to have any more problems; that all was fine. I did notice one bubble at this point but he told me that it was because it needed to cure again.

But, after waiting another 2 weeks, not only was the original bubble still there, but the corners were also peeling!

When I contacted Youness with new pictures, he resolved to tell me, on Dec.3/2024, that I should return for a 3rd trial. Really Wasn't twice enough to get it right!? Why would I drop my vehicle off again, especially since the technician had advised me on my first appointment that if a tint is not removed carefully that it can damage the defogger. Clearly, their resolution attempt left me quite unhappy. So, my next step was to write Youness a long message detailing my disappointing experience and asking for a refund. However, as I said in the beginning of this post, I am yet to hear back from him.

As next steps, my intention is to submit a formal complain to the Consumer Bureau and possibly BBB.

Their customer service was excellent and their staff were friendly and professional.

The tint on my windows looks fantastic and was completed in a timely manner.

I highly recommend going here.

Update. 72 days passed. Still no refund and now i am being told by the bank he disputed the charge back. I rarely leave bad reviews. But this one I just can't let go. People like this need to start being held accountable.
I often give people the benefit of the doubt and a chance to rectify the problem. But not only had he not rectified it, he is even disputing it with the bank. Unbelievable. I hope for the future you take this as an example of what you should not do.

You were dishonest from the beginning. I asked if it was drop shipped or coming from china. And that I didn't want to to wait and that at that point I'd ordered it myself from china. You said it would arrive in 10 days and it was free shipping. So I said ok.
Dec 12 i asked for update since I haven't gotten anything from you. No answer. Dec 17 again. Jan 5th sent you a message saying the tracking number didn't work and that you had said 10 days, it's been 1 month. You replied in the same chat that you were off for the holidays. Jan 6 you blamed canada post and said it would arrive any minute. Jan 26 i asked for refund . 46 days had passed from your so called "10 days" delivery. You didn't respond ... so yes the next day i contacted my credit card.

I wasn't given an option for express shipping since it was supposed to arrive in " 10 days" you had 46 days from purchase date to last contact to make this whole transaction right and you didn't. When we originally spoke I made it clear I was looking for someone who had it in stock and would arrive fast. You lied and told me 10 days. No one receives something from china, especially without tracking option in 10 days. Your just dishonest.

Buyer beware
Ordered something from them Dec 9 2024. We are Feb 7 2025. Never received item. Never processed a refund either. Said it would arrive within 10 days. They lied and ordered it from china. Tracking provided failed. They used any excuse and now have stopped responding. Cant take accountability or responsibility. Don't trust them.

Had the pleasure of meeting YOUNESS NASRI from Niagara MotorSports in Niagara Falls through a friend that had work done.
I had a chrome delete done and the rims painted. I was hesitant at first but upon meeting YOUNESS and hearing his ideas and seeing his professionalism I decided to dive right in. I gotta tell you what a job they did. Absolutely beautiful top notch job. I have no regrets. The compliments I get on the work done and how it’s transformed the appearance of my Honda Accord is incredible. Can’t thank them enough. I’ve seen some “professional” jobs done before and they look like garbage … make sure you call Niagara MotorSports if you want it done right and last for many years.

Just came to pick up my wife's car. The dealership did a horrible job in detailing it but Youness and his crew made sure that I will leave satisfied. Kudos to him and his crew! Definitely will be back for his business again!
