Great staff that are always willing to help you get the right parts that you may need to get the job done. I've been going to this parts stor for years. They have a large variety of parts in stock, and if they don't have it, they can get it for you the next day.

Have had great customer service here in the past especially when it was Youngs auto. Called today with few simple questions about shocks and control arms. Was about to say I'd like 4 shocks and spend good coin here, and the guy rudely said he had to go basically cutting me off. W.e last time I even think of buying parts here theres lots of other places in town. Hate this place now you don't treat customers like that.

Needed a fob battery and called first to see if they have one. They confirmed they did but did not tell me until I went all the way to the store that they can’t open the fob to insert the new battery! Really? Ridiculous that an auto parts store that sells batteries and charges for disposal of old ones cannot open your fob! Big inconvenience and now have to go to the dealership for their parts dept to do it as I cannot open it! Nonsense!

Terrible service, 2 guys at the phone and they didn't
bother to look at me to make me know they would help me in some time, and other guy at the computer, I stand up in front of him and I said "Good morning", the guy look at me, he didn't answer and continue working at the computer, I walk away slowly and nobody care, I don't have plans to come back.
