We can't say enough good things about Moe's Victoria. Curtis and his team are dedicated to bringing elegant style & incredible customer service to Vancouver Islanders. We purchased our dining room table & chairs & bar stools from Moe's Victoria and just love our new pieces. They are beautifully made and look fantastic in our space. Wonderful selection of beautiful furniture and knowledgeable staff. We were looking for a new bed and some kitchen stools. Curtis showed us around the store and looked online for items that we loved and were within our budget. Pick up was easy thanks to Andrew and his consideration of our work schedules. I have to say Moe’s has to be one best furniture stores in Victoria, we were so fortunate to have stumbled upon this amazing store.
We bought a new build home and had to furnish it entirely. We started buying our furniture back in early April from Moe’s, had the best customer service from Andrew that we decided to furnish our entire home with Moe’s. I cannot tell you the passion and thoughtfulness that Andrew gave us to every detail.
We finally moved into our new place on December 22 and most of the furniture we ordered arrived ( we were buying pieces bits at a time)
Andrew was going to come and help us place our furniture but was leaving for vacation the day it arrived, however he made arrangements for the owner of Moe’s to come and help. WOW!! A few piece of furniture had not arrived but it was no problem they gave us loner furniture until it comes in.

We will be continuing to purchase more items for our home from Moe’s in the future. We cannot be more pleased with the quality and customer service.

I am beyond excited I visited Moe's Home Victoria for my home furnishing needs, and I highly recommend them for paintings, bedroom, dining, and decor furniture pieces all in one place. We were very excited to purchase a heavily discounted floor model/returned couch from this store and the staff was very friendly. Upon getting home though, we realized the couch had a very strong perfume scent from the store which has not dissipated at all even though we have been airing it out and using baking sofa for almost a week (we called to ask about this and we’re told it will fade, but I’m not sure how give the scent permeates the cushions so deeply). Additionally, the couch is covered is small black short dog hair, we spent hours trying to remove it but keeps coming out of the couch. This review is as a warning for people considering floor models, please inspect them carefully.

Updating review as owner has offered a $500 credit if we return the couch, not super convenient as we are not based in Victoria, but nonetheless some form of resolution.

Moe has A LOT of beautiful and functional furniture. So many great options that I had a hard time choosing a dining set. We live 2.5hrs from Victoria. Other than our one visit to the store, I relied on Curtis' recommendations via email. It took a while for the dining set to arrive because of Covid, but it was soooo worth the wait. My husband and I were impress with their delivery service. So professional, friendly and they didn't leave a speck of dirt. We were blown away with the dining set. I had to wait a while to leave a review after testing it out and I must say, it couldn't have been more perfect. The quality is top-notch and the chairs are very comfortable. I have two little messy eaters. I love that the table and chairs are easy to wipe down after every meal. Overall, I highly recommend visiting their store. It's one of the best furniture purchase we've done in a long time.
