I had a disappointing experience during my first visit to this Memory Express location. Unlike the friendly and helpful staff at the south side location, I felt unwelcome here from the moment I walked in. The staff member who assisted me didn’t seem interested in helping and only did so because it was his job, not out of genuine customer service.

Additionally, I requested my receipt to be sent via email and even provided my email on paper, yet I never received it. This lack of attention to detail and customer care was frustrating. I hope the store improves its service to ensure every customer feels valued and respected.

I was pleasantly surprised by the positive outcome from my recent experience at Memory Express, particularly because my previous visit there did not conclude in the best way possible.

I was fortunate this time around because I came in looking for a bridge connector for a hard drive that I had removed from my old laptop, which had crashed unexpectedly. The sales associate recommended that I purchase an enclosure for the drive, which also has a bridge connector, and then I could continue to use the hard drive as a portable storage device once I had transferred my most critically important data.

I am very happy with the solution that he recommended, because I would not have received that type of consultative service if I had ordered online. The price difference was also negligible, especially when you consider the fact that I did not have to wait for the item to be delivered, or the higher quality of the item that I purchased in the store.

It's nice to see that things have improved at this location and hopefully the positive progress remains persistent.

To begin, I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent location of the establishment. While it may not be ideally situated, it is certainly a good location.

Last week, I visited the establishment and purchased a new motherboard, which necessitated the purchase of additional RAM, a tower, and an AIO cooler. While I initially felt overwhelmed by the task of building the computer, I eventually became frustrated.

I decided to pack up my belongings and return to the establishment, where I met a gentleman named Jake. I must commend Jake for his patience and willingness to assist me with the assembly of the tower. His calm demeanor, understanding, and excellent customer service skills made the experience much more enjoyable.

If the owners or managers of the establishment are aware of Jake’s exceptional contributions, I would be grateful if they could consider rewarding him with a raise or similar recognition. His assistance has not only made the experience easier for me but has also earned our business.

Had a wonderful experience here and the guy who helped me out, Bryan was super good when it came to picking newer parts and accessories. They were super quick too when it came to reconstructing my system. 100% recommend this location to anyone else looking for PC needs.

Back in October, I had the pleasure of meeting James Sheppard, who guided me on building a powerhouse with the best bang for my buck for my engineering work station. His passion in computing sparked an interest in computing myself. He did not brush any of my questions off, and was very friendly and helpful. He even replied to many of my emails to help in my research efforts to make this purchase. The system I built was the reason why I was able to perform computationally demanding engineering simulations for my employer, and also my M.Eng Thesis. I would highly recommend anyone to go an visit Memory Express if you are looking to buy any sort of computer, as their entire team is also very helpful.

Memory Express is great! I went in on Wednesday to buy a new laptop, Kevin gave me excellent advice on which models would work best. I am not particularly knowledgeable about computer specs, so Kevin walked me through exactly what I would need given the software I use. After I picked out a model (Lenovo Legion 5), Kevin advised me that it would likely go on sale later in the week, so he put the models I was interested in on hold. I went back in on Friday, and Tim answered the questions I had left and gave me some really helpful advice. The customer service here is incredibly good. Any future computers or parts that I buy will be from here, and I will be recommending memory express to my colleagues, friends and family.

Came in to Memory Express today in the west end for yet another stellar customer experience. This place is buzzing with great energy and the service is second to none.

Thomas in service and his manager, Paul, took extra care in updating my motherboard and throwing in a bunch of courtesy service as well for good measure. Easiest 5-star rating I've given in a while.

Also, quick shout out to Rayan as well for my last visit. There's something in the water at this place.

The very nice lady Helped me out with great support and made it very easy to understand. She also followed me on twitch. I'm never going anywhere else because that's the damn pinnacle of customer satisfaction and appreciation
