I went here to shop with my mom and we found some very nice things. There were at least 6 ladies working at around 4 other customers. They kept sending us from one cash register to the other 2-3 times and we weren’t being cashed out. We were just waiting and they kept talking about who can help us. All that happened was us going back and forth as the ladies directed us. Eventually, we just walked out because this was taking way too long. On our way out, a couple of the ladies acted surprised as if everything was organised. Beautiful clothing but bad communication between some of the employees.

I purchased a jumpsuit from the St. Catherine’s Pen Centre location. The next day, I went to the Niagara Falls location to return it. Upon arrival, I noticed that the store had cookies, muffins, and water available for customers. My 16-year-old daughter asked the sales representative, Wendy, if the muffins were for sale. Wendy responded in a rude tone that the treats were for birthday customers only, despite other customers and children helping themselves.

I then informed Wendy that I wanted to return the jumpsuit. She appeared upset that the jumpsuit was inside out and remarked that it did not have the gold tag. She walked away, and upon her return, I explained that I had just purchased the item the night before and had not removed any tags; it was in the same condition as when I bought it. Wendy informed me of a new policy requiring a gold tag for returns and implied it was my responsibility to ensure this when purchasing. I expressed that it should be the responsibility of the sales representative to check for this tag, or at the very least, there should be a sign indicating this policy to customers. Wendy curtly responded that since she did not sell it to me, it was not her responsibility.

As a frequent shopper at this location, I have always had positive experiences until this incident. The treatment I received from Wendy, who I later discovered is the store manager, was both disrespectful and unprofessional. I felt mistreated and talked down to, which is unacceptable in any retail environment.

I am deeply disappointed and will no longer be shopping at this location due to this experience. I will also be contacting the head office to formally notify them of this incident. No customer should be subjected to such disrespectful treatment.

Linda, Linda, Linda! I walked around that store for almost 10 minutes, being ignored by the staff (3 ppl), and then she greeted me. Almost didnt see her behind the steamer. Not only did she help me with a dress, but chose a belt and purse to go with. I highly suggest that you teach your staff to greet ALL customers when they walk in, because I almost walked out. Thank you Linda.

When entering the store, I was welcomed. Was not pushed by anything. But when I asked where the dresses were, I was shown where they were and I asked if I needed help. The lady was very polite and quite helpful. I purchased a beautiful dress that was on sale. I find the quality in the store is of the highest. I would shop here again.
