If you would like to save time and make sure you have everything you need for your new kitchen, make sure to book an appointment with a design specialist. Christine helped me a LOT with my order. As a new mom, I couldn't travel to the closest warehouse, which is the Burlington location. It helps that they have samples of the materials and the finishes and that I was able to see them in person without going through the whole warehouse maze. Christine made sure I have everything through an itemized list (without it, I'd be lost as you can imagine), and made significant suggestions on the design I've initially made. 5/5 would recommend!

If you've been to the burlington or Toronto location to design a kitchen, then you will appreciate the st.catherine location. I had a dedicated person to help me with my order and she had the time and wasn't distracted by a line up of people like the burlington location.

A very pleasant experience, the ladies were beyond helpful. I get anxiety thinking about the other locations lol....too much people.

I purchased a bed frame just over a year ago. I went to sit on my bed and being a Standard weight size, a chunk of the side panel broke off causing the frame to let go and me to hit the floor. When calling in to get information on how to get a replacement piece or even to buy the replacement piece I was told I would have to go to the location almost 45 minutes away because it’s over 365 days with a receipt and that it’s the only way I can get ut sorted. After spending over $1000 on pieces to complete my bedroom set there and this as a response dispite me even offering to pay for the panel is unacceptable and IKEA has lost a customer and I will not hesitate to inform ppl to stay away from such a place. Because I didn’t keep a receipt from a year ago I now get stuck having to buy another frame. Absolutely disgusted!!

Absolutely horrible experience, from the customer service at IKEA to the Delivery company. Everything was covered in dirt, looks like the stuff was picked up from the forest. I will never be buying anything from IKEA after this experience and I will no longer be recommending IKEA to anyone. The original order was left in front of our door blocking the door, which wasn’t our order. After speaking with delivery company they found our stuff. The next day they come after being told many different times. The stuff that arrived was broken, covered in dirt, leaves, mudd, a oily substance. Now I have a living room full of dirty, nasty stuff. If I wanted to buy trash I would have went to the goodwill. I can’t believe a company would actually send new stuff out to a paying customer like that, and not be willing to fix the situation. Horrible experience!
