Nous avons acheté une montre lors de notre passage dans le magasin et l’un des vendeurs a malheureusement oublié de nous remettre le bracelet en extra de la montre (bracelet qui n’était pas « prévu » lors de l’achat).

L’équipe a été très réactive et a tenté de nous joindre rapidement mais nous étions déjà parti.

Un courriel nous a été envoyé dans l’heure pour nous informer de l’oublie et le bracelet a été remis à FedEx le lendemain.

L’erreur a été corrigé extrêmement rapidement et nous avons été tenu au courant.

Great service from Lisa and Prateek at this store. Bought an amazing Longines watch in New Year sale with 60% saving. I never rush into buying a watch, I spend a lot of time researching (mainly YouTube reviews) and therefore visited 3 times before committing. But these were so patient and helpful with me - highly recommended.
