I'd give zero stars if I could!
A technician came out to do routine maintenance on our furnace yesterday. We have no complaints about the tech; he was very knowledgeable. After he left, we noticed the furnace was only blowing cold air. We called the office this morning and the receptionist communicated with the technician who said the gas valve was sticking yesterday (we weren't informed of that) and that he recommended replacing the unit (yes, the unit is old, but it was working just fine until the service call yesterday!)
We simply wanted someone to come back and have a quick look to make sure there wasn't something missed yesterday after the service call.
They said a technician couldn't come out until December. Completely unacceptable. Terrible customer service.
We called a new company who will be coming out this evening.

**Update! We had a new company come out this afternoon and it was determined a wire was loose from the job yesterday. Furnace is working fine, no need to replace it.

Chris was very professional. He was efficient and explained all the issues very well. He explained in more depth than any other technician. He was understanding, patient and friendly. He tried to find out the problem and looked for easy and effective solutions.
He didn't rush or make us feel he had a deadline.
He didn't leave until we were satisfied that the problem was solved.
We would prefer to have him always service our Furnace and air going forward.

Thank you to Stephen and the team at Evans for helping us out this week after our furnace was red tagged.
Stephen was able to come to the house on Monday and we had things in the works that afternoon.
Joe and his partner arrived on time Wednesday morning and went to work. They did a great job, quick and very professional. It is obvious that after looking at their workmanship and installation that these men are Master installers.
Joe said he needs to return when the weather is warmer to check the A/C is running to spec. and I will hold him to his word.
