Jenny and her team were very welcoming when we came into the shop to look for furniture for our new house. After some discussion I invited her to come to the house to help us decide on style and colour. With her assistance we made some design decisions that we are more than pleased with...and it arrived 4 days later! Now we just need to add some artwork.

Jenny and all the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Jenny helped us pick out new furniture for our living room, she made it such an enjoyable experience. We are incredibly impressed by the outstanding Customer Service the Owners of Design Therapy model in their dealings with their (obviously valued) Patrons. Our initial issue was dealt with so promptly, efficiently and thoroughly that we made a special trip from home to express our gratitude for their outstanding and cheerful assistance. I'm embarrassed to admit that after all the years and all the times we have shopped at Design Home Therapy that we have never left a review! We have shopped at DHT dozens and dozens of times and as a result our home is full of items from there; sofa sets, bedroom furniture, our dining room set, wall shelving, artwork and so much other home decor - and never once, EVER have we ever had a less than stellar experience there. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and they always have exactly what we need. 5 solid stars, ten out of ten, highly recommend.
