ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT I HAVE EVER HAD ON THE PHONE. It’s not even worth a star!!!!
I ordered rollerblades for my daughter, the rollerblades arrived dirty, the wheel covers in human hair, the inside dirty, the outside of the skates had marks that showed that the skate were NOT new. I called and expressed my disappointment in their service. While placing the order, it was not mentioned that the blades were used ones. I added pictures in the box of how I received the blades and returned it to sender. After no receiving notification that the blades were delivered I decided to call customer service. She had the guts to accuse and insult me that I am the one that did not send the package back the right way. I try to explain to her that I followed the step giving to me online, she was so busy having her say and refused to hear me out. She started shouting and that was my limit, I told her that if she was quite for min and listened she would maybe just maybe understand what I mean, she told me that she already did me a favour and HUNG UP THE PHONE!!!!!! I was so anger that I saw all the colours of the rainbow. I had pray for calmness.

Elektrische mountainbike gekocht, werd al later geleverd dan verwacht.. word hij tog geleverd werkt die niet.. je zou verwachten als ze dit in monteren dat dit zou werken.. NIET DUS! Kan ik nog zelf 20km naar daar rijden opnieuw om dan de fiets een week kwijt te zijn endan terug 20km.. schandalige service. Zeer ontevreden
