In een woord FANTASTISCH.
Wat een bediening. Ik ben een beginnende fietster.
Ik heb een winkelbediende aangesproken die me geholpen heeft van A tot Z gedurende de ganse tijd met de glimlach.
De winkel is zeer ruim.
Zeer goed gelegen in Boechout.
Ruime parking.
Dus mooie kledij gekocht en aan een betaalbare prijs en modieus.
Dus ik kan enkel aanraden aan de directie van DECATHLON: 'WEES TROTS OP JULLIE PERSONEEL'.
FOTOS VOLGEN ZEKER ZODAT IK ECHT RECLAME ZAL MAKEN VOOR JULLIE.
Ik zou zeggen ga er langs.

As always, very friendly, customer focused, and helpful people in this shop. I have been coming to this store since they opened up, and I have never been disappointed.
I would not recommend the Decathlon online store or contacting the Decathlon customer services desk for that matter. You will be disappointed and be very frustrated about the lack of service. Instead, buy your stuff in this store. They can even order whatever the online store is selling for you.

Update to give credit where credit is due.
After 3 days of trying to convince their customer services desk to deliver an already paid order, getting the Lier shop involved, and hearing them promise the shop that they will contact me ASAP and deliver the order, no one from this desk reached out to me.
Yesterday I made my final attempt, but this time I got someone on the phone that truly understood customer satisfaction and saved the day for Decathlon. Christine (not sure if that is her real name) did not lie,and made no lame excuses. Instead she was very candid about what went wrong and she promised to follow-up this case. And she did! And made sure that the order finally got delivered. So kudos to Christine!
