If you are looking for a Coach outlet that has great stock and customer service, This coach will do the trick! The stock is so good but I tend to go straight to the retail section for hidden treasures. The staff at this location though will almost make you want to buy something for the treatment they give. They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to search for any bag in mind if you don't see it in store. Shoutout to Kelsey and Fei for living up to the Coach bran. The bags got me in the door, but you guys added the Coach cherry on top with how greag your service was. I have way to many bags now so I need a break.

Tarren, was an absolute delight to deal with! She was so sweet and helpful and went out of her way to make sure we find the product we were looking for! Kudos to her amazing skills and personality!!!!

Not a pleasant experience at all. There was a sales associate there, older woman with short brown hair, i don’t know if she was having a bad day or something but she had the worst attitude. I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional she was. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was bothering her. She barely acknowledged me, acted irritated when I asked about a product, and didn’t offer any help or recommendations. Instead, she seemed more interested in rushing me out the door than providing good customer service.

I ordered online and I got the wrong size for my husband’s belt , we went to Canada one store at Niagara Falls just to ask if I can return there , and Faye and the two ladies who work there helped us to cut the belt and teach us how to use it , they are really nice ladies, even I didn’t bought the belt in their store they are willing to help customers . Thanks to Faye and to their manager who works there !

Ohhh I liked shopping here!! The staff was so fun and pleasant ☺️ They really were - which made our shopping experience that much more fun! The staff was very knowledgeable and eager to please.
The store was laid out in an organized manner and very clean.
I bought my daughter a beautiful leather bag and a matching wallet at a quarter of the regular price. I know it will make her so happy at Christmas!!
I'll return in the fall to do more Christmas shopping.

I was assisted by someone named Marla over the phone. By far, this is the best experience that I've had to ship a product out to me. She was incredibly helpful and even though I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to describe the product that I wanted, she was able to figure it out and assist me. Not to mention, when I called the previous day, I didn't realize that they were less than five minutes from closing and she still took my call and I didn't even realize they were that close to closing throughout the duration of our call. She walked me through the process and even when their computers were down today (I had to call back to finish the transaction), she emailed me when it was up and running and the only thing I had to do was fill out the payment link. When she emailed me as well, she took a picture of the product that I wanted to ensure it was the right one and the whole process in general was incredibly smooth. I strongly believe that good customer service deserves to be recognized and Marla definitely deserves that recognition as I feel she went above and beyond when it came to assisting me.
