I am so grateful for this wonderful store! In a world where so many homeware stores are closing in big cities and only offering shopping online, the opportunity to immerse myself in an inspiring, magical place like Chintz & Co is a dream come true. I appreciate the curation it takes to bring all of the pieces within it together, and the dedication to their aesthetic - which they have maintained for decades! I find there is something for everyone here, whether you want to fully embrace the whimsical and magical, or if you just want to buy a beautiful scented candle for a minimalist friend. The faux flower selection is an absolute MUST. I stock up every time I'm in town, and my purchases have lasted me decades. Their Christmas decorations are absolutely STUNNING, and they are very reasonably priced for their quality. The staff is always warm, professional, and accommodating. If you just wish to peruse, they leave you to it and let you explore. I know it is a very difficult time for retail still, so I really really hope they can hold on and keep going for many many decades to come. Absolute treasure of a place, a must visit if you're in Victoria 🙂

My wife & I purchased a table with 2 chairs 6 months ago. We were told that they were suitable for outside.The table has turned to rust! The chairs are rusting along with the wooden seat is all cracked with peeling paint! We were told that the table & chairs were for outside weather. I paid over $2000. What a rip off, we have spent alot of money at chintz over 20 years. We will never spend our hard earned CASH in this store ever!!

Beautiful one-of store. We’re so lucky to have them in Victoria. You can still find a deal - but many items are high end/high decor! We’ve been shopping here since they were in Vancouver and Calgary. Staff are super helpful and very personable.

Beautiful store but very pretentious staff. Unprompted said that they don’t do glassware rentals when expressing interest in a particular set. Boasted about everything being European imported, and then immediately showcased wares from India. Low quality interactions from a business with supposedly high standards.

I Love this store, one of my favorites. Free museum. The staff is always friendly and helpful especially Kathleen. Stunning home decor, and furniture. The fabrics area is luxurious! The artificial flowers are exceptional quality and realistic. l could spend hours in this store.My girlfriend and l do.....lol.....thank you 💜

Today, my husband and I went in to look for upholstery fabrics to recover two ottomans. Susan was lovely! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us with choices in fabrics, as well as measurements. We shared some stories as well as some laughs. Overall we had an wonderful experience and will be going back in soon!
