Misleading company. Only approves 5 star reviews on their clothing. I posted a review about the Francesca dress with photos and because it wasn’t 5 stars, they didn’t publish it.
Good luck getting things shipped in less than 4 weeks and good luck trying to get in contact with anyone there. Shipping is outrages and so are return fees. There is no flat rate shipping. For 2 pieces you can get charged $22+ in shipping. Not worth the hassle.

I returned both items I ordered. One was disappointing in the quality. The other didn't fit well.
It has now been 4 weeks since they received the returned package. I still have not received a refund. I have tried to phone twice at different times and left a message. You cannot get through to them and they do not return your call. It is pointless to leave a message. I have emailed them twice and have not received a reply. I will not be ordering from April Cornell again!

The young girl staff was very friendly and helpful. But there’s this elder white lady who was staring at me all the time. I tried to say hi or smile at her and she kept staring at me as if she never saw a person who looks different from her. Cute store cute selection but I can’t stand the stare it’s suffocating
